To provide comfortable accommodation and catering that offers a well-balanced diet and is sensitive to cultural and dietary requirements.
To develop a staff team that is appropriately qualified, experienced and sensitive to the needs of the client group. Additionally to provide sufficient resources to enable personal and team development in areas of training, supervision and support.
To ensure that Ravenscourt is involved in local and national policy-making regarding drug and alcohol planning.
